Sarah-jane joined Kennedy & Cooke’s Ulladulla office in 2025, having lived in the local area since 2020. She has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, both in private practice and with the NSW government.
She has expertise in a variety of legal areas, including privacy, freedom of information, environment and planning, natural resources and criminal law. She has a Master of Laws, specialising in Government and Commercial Law. Sarah-jane is your go-to person for dealing with government agencies. She is also an experienced litigator and has appeared or instructed barristers in a variety of courts, including the High Court, Federal Court, NSW Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, District Court and Local Courts.
In her spare time Sarah-jane can be found running, hiking and mountain biking up and down the south coast with her family.
