Adam Linehan
Solicitor
Adam was admitted as a Solicitor in 2014 and commenced working at Kennedy and Cooke’s Merimbula office in 2018.
Prior to commencing at Kennedy & Cooke, Adam worked for a teacher’s union in Brisbane and at the Fair Work Commission in Melbourne. As such, Adam is experienced in industrial and employment law and is available to advise both employers and employees on all their employment needs.
In addition to employment law, Adam can advise and appear in criminal law matters, family law matters and all other areas of litigation.
Adam is also an Approved Legal Service Provider for Workers Compensation matters and can provide funded advice to workers who are in dispute with their insurance companies.
Adam is a born and bred Merimbula local who decided to return to the local area to spend more time surfing and enjoying the outdoors and less time dealing with traffic.
